1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
    afnhk.com is a business platform aims to provide all-around service for its customers. All copyrights and management rights of all the electronic service provided by afnhk.com belong to Hong Kong Asia Footwear Association Co,. Ltd. All the service provided by afnhk.com is restrictedly guided by its charter, terms of service and operating rules. A customer who totally agrees with all the terms of service and completes the registration procedures will become a member of afnhk.com
2. BASIC CONDITIONS
    Based on its own operating system, afnhk.com provides network service for its members. Hence, all members are required to satisfy the following conditions:
    a. Internet facilities, including a computer, modern and other internet equipments.
    b. To pay related cost such as telephone fees and internet fees.
3. Terms of service
    To ensure its commercial feature and effectiveness, all the service is subject to the following terms:
    a. A member shall be responsible the information he published. He is also required to provide complete, true and accurate information about his enterprise. Untrue, ambiguous misleading or malicious messages are prohibited.
    b. A member shall renew his registration information promptly so as to ensure the promptness, completeness and accurateness of the information.
    c. afnhk.com provides each member an account and a code. If a member loses his account or code, or has his account or code stolen, he shall register again and set a new code. Any damage caused by the missing of account or code shall be covered the member himself.
    d. If a member notices any inaccurate or false information or other faults in the website, he shall inform the website administrator in time. If a mistake is not corrected in time, the member may enter the complaint procedures of this website.
    e. All copy rights and proprietary rights reserved. No content of this website may be reproduced, disseminated, sold, published, broadcasted or transmitted without the prior written permission of the copyright owner.
    f. In case inaccurate information is provided by a member, afnhk.com will warn the member and reserves the right to suspend or terminate his membership.
    g. If a member violates this agreement and causes economic loss to the website, the website reserves the right to sue him for his economic and legitimate responsibilities.
4. The obligations and responsibilities of its members
     All the actions of its members shall conform to related national laws and regulations. Before a transaction, please read the notice carefully. Shall any disputes or bad consequences result form a member’s violation against related national laws, regulations, and this agreement, the member shall independently take all the responsibility.
